As Wichai did not deliver any accounting files and documents, and the bank account has been simply emptied with fake payments that no one can explain why it's paid - Paz suggested to give him more time to get the documents from Wichai and to call the meeting right afterwards.

Meeting has been originally initiated by Wichai and Paz, in attempt to approve the previous years accounting and expenses that no one ever saw and in fact was never exist. House 28 objected to blindly approve accounting and expenses that we constantly ask to receive and the people who control the accounting keep hiding all this information from us. As a results all the agenda for this meeting has been canceled and only one topic will be discussed as the following:

We've discovered that for the past 7 months (!) we've PAID the electricity bill from the bank but to Wichai, not to the electricity company. Bottom line: we owe the electricity company around 40,000 THB for 7 months. No solution for this problem yet.

We got complain from the security company that they did not received their fees and its already 3 weeks overdue. We've checked in the bank and found that there a cheque "for the security" has been paid from the bank account 4 weeks ago, but to Wichai, not to the security that never got this money.

This is just a note for having a general budget plan, knowing in advance that before we get back the unexplained missing 2.5 million, there is no chance to have this wishful budget.
